I was impressed by how accurate my results were

I got access to the Strengths tool and Career Guide sometime last year and was super excited when I got my result. As someone who is very self aware and pride myself to have built a Conscious Career, I was impressed by how accurate my results were. However, what I appreciate the most is the fact that the tool provides guidance on how I can improve and maximise both my realised and unrealised strengths. I have my profile open on my laptop as it provides me with an easy reference guide when relating with people in the workplace and I am constantly learning as I engage with it. I have also encouraged a lot of my colleagues to use the tool. Thanks to Trudy and the team for creating such a great tool to help people maximise their full potential and have fulfilling careers.
