Register for our educator pilot to receive 30 free Profiles and a workshop

Background
We are delighted to launch our ‘Strengthen your students’ pilot where all universities and colleges across the globe can access free Strengths Profiles and a workshop resource to support student career success. Register here.

We’ve been helping people realise and understand their strengths for 15 years and whilst it’s extremely rewarding to help unlock someone’s career, we know that as many as 75% of people are in jobs they feel it doesn’t suit them. That’s where our passion in helping students comes in.

What is Strengths Profile?
Students will be able to gain access to our Introductory Strengths Profile which reveals a person's top 7 realised and unrealised strengths, 4 learned behaviours and 3 weaknesses. It  and also shares 8 career suggestions, from a possible 43, that match to your unique strengths. Together, they'll help your students not only understand and talk about their strengths authentically but know which careers they are likely to be successful in – and love. Strengths Profile is suitable for those 16+ so is ideally suited to higher education or those making important career choices.

What do I get?
As an Educator you can register for the pilot for your school, university or college.  You’ll receive 30 Introductory Profiles and the ‘Strengthen your Career’ workshop slides which is just one of our many workshops included in the Career Toolkit. You’ll also gain access to a supplementary interactive worksheet for a follow-up activity for students.

We’d love you to join universities such as Edinburgh, Harvard, Liverpool, Manchester, Princeton and Warwick who are experiencing the power of students being able to describe themselves at their best.

Please note, this offer is only for one pilot per university, college or school. If a pilot has already been taken at your university, we will send you one free Profile and the workshop slides to introduce the strengths approach to you. Finally, don’t worry if you’re already working with us – you can also register and we'll ensure you receive the additional Profiles and workshop.

We’ve found that Strengths Profiles and the workshops have proved to be a valuable addition to our work with students. Often students struggle to find the language to articulate their skills, motivations and strengths. Strengths Profile provides students with this language, which when qualified with personal examples, enables students to describe themselves authentically and with increased confidence to recruiters.” Anne Wilson, Head of Career Services, University of Warwick

“The strengths workshop helped students name and present their abilities for a variety of professions, which they recognized as exceptionally valuable. The approach of identifying and exploring strengths, connecting that knowledge to their professional vocations, and developing a personal brand gave personalized, hands-on career development that aligned with the department’s creative and conscious culture.” Dr Julia Voss Assistant Professor of English, Santa Clara University
