I believe that by realising my strengths, I will understand my uniqueness, what motivates me and what I love to do.
I have enjoyed taking the personality test as it has helped me realise my strengths. It has helped me discover some of the strengths that I have. To begin with, it has shown me my top realised strength that is “Resolver”. Arising from this, I have been given a list of some of the strengths that I enjoy and use. These are Feedback, Drive, Competitive, Bounceback, Planner and Self-belief. In addition , I have also been given Improver as my top unrealised strengths which are strengths that I do not use often. Other unrealised strengths that have been pointed out to be in me are Creativity, Innovation, Emotional Awareness, Narrator, Empathic and Detail ( spotting inaccuracies as errors) and I have been advised to find new ways to use them and align them to my goals. Furthermore, I have been given a list of learned behaviours with work ethic being the top of all. Others are Courage, Unconditionality and Change Agent. I have been encouraged to use my learned behaviours when needed. The test has also shown me some of my weaknesses which are Enabler and Humour and I have been told to delegate to others who have these as a strength. The test also gave me career options such as Design, Administration, Accounting and Tax, Insurance, Science and Pharmaceutical and Project Management. This is important to me seeing that I am still in a career discovery journey. I will be looking forward to taking many personality tests that will help me discover some of the strengths that I have. I believe that by realising my strengths, I will understand my uniqueness, what motivates me and what I love to do.
