Let's strengthen the world together
Since August 2021, 40,000 people registered for a free Strengths Profile report and received a much-needed positive boost to build their confidence and resilience.
What is the free Profile?
Anyone can generate a FREE Profile via the Strengths Profile website, and it is a great introduction to our strengths approach which is backed by extensive scientific research to ensure that it meets the high standards for a psychological assessment.
Our assessment consists of 180 questions, and takes around 20 minutes to complete, but don’t worry you can always come back to it if you need. This in-depth assessment generates a holistic report that reveals your top 7 Realised and Unrealised strengths, 4 Learned Behaviours, and 3 Weaknesses, along with the career suggestions.
The questions are fairly simple, asking how you perform, what brings you energy and how often you do certain tasks. You can see the type of information you’ll receive on your report with our sample here.
How do I use it?
Strengths Profile gives you the information needed to help you on your self-discovery journey. Now that you have your strengths, you can be confident using them for your job applications, career and personal objectives and more.
If you’re a manager, or work in HR, you can consider how you can use this within your teams, and for coaches how you can use it with clients to help them with goal setting. We also have a large Educators and Career Services client base who use it to drive better career conversations with students. You can watch a debrief of a Profile here.
Please feel free to pass this link on to colleagues, team members, family, and friends – the more people that know their strengths the better!
If you’re a bit of strengths champion, then why not consider running a workshop where people can turn up with their Profiles and learn more about the strengths approach and using their strengths? If you want to find out more about becoming an Accredited Practitioner find out here or use the Team Toolkit to get you started which is packed full of slides and facilitator notes. Our Best SELF model also has lots of ideas and free resources.
Together we look forward to doing the smallest thing to make the biggest difference.
