Being able to really explore the Strengths Profile in such depth has given me the confidence to be able to utilise this throughout my future career. The online accreditation was very accessible, well paced and informative. I was able to learn at my own pace, and even the homework was well constructed and really helped me to hone my learning. Overall I feel grateful I have gone through this accreditation and feel I have the confidence to debrief people and to try and help them play to their Strengths.
