How do I send Invites to add to my group


To add new members to an existing group, please log in to your account and go into Your Dashboard.

Activate the practitioner dashboard and select Manage Existing Groups. Alternatively, select the Groups tab and you will see your existing groups.

Select View next to the group you would like to add members to.

Click Add Members button. 

If the invitee/s is in your existing contacts, this will appear. If the person you wish to invite is completely new to Strengths Profile, select the Send an Invitation button.

You will then be prompted to enter the invitee's email address. Once you have done this click the Add button and you will see their email address appear below with options. You can enter multiple email addresses at one time by putting a comma between each address.

If you enter the email wrong do not worry - just click the red Remove Email button under action.

Select which profile you would like to send each invitee and if you would like to withold their results from them.

Then select send.

How do I send an invitation


To invite somebody to take a Strengths Profile, firstly log in to your account.

If you need to purchase profiles, please do this first by selecting Buy Products in the top right hand corner. 

Once you have purchased enough profiles, select the Invitations tab.

Click on the Send an Invitation button.

Select the type of profile you would like to send.

Enter your invitee's email address.

If you would like to tailor a message, enter it in the message box. 

Select if you would like to withold your invitees assessment. You can withold your invitee from seeing their results for 30 days.

Then select send.

 

 

 

How do I create and view an invitations group


To create an invitations group, please log in to your account.

Click on My Dashboard and select the invitations tab.

Select the Send an Invitation button and type in your invitees email address and personalised message. 

You will see underneath a tick box saying "Would you like to invite your invitees to a group?"

If you choose to add the invitees to a new group, you will be asked to give the group a name.

If you choose to invite them to an existing group, you will be asked to provide the name of the group you wish to add them to.

Select if you would like to withold the profile and then press send. 

 

To view the invitations group, select the Groups tab.

Click on the name of the group you wish to view. 

Here you will be able to see the status of your invitations.
