Hints and tips to help get you started with our dashboard

I've completed my profile, how do I access the results?


Upon completing your profile you will be redirected to the dashboard, of which you will see you are able to download your latest profile including extra resources if they have been granted (If Invited). On the left side of the main card you can download the profile including Your Potential and Careers Guide. On the right hand side you can download a lower tier seperately, so if you have an Expert profile you can download Introductory.

Alternatively you could scroll down to the Profile Timeline where you will see every profile you have ever taken, here the cards go from Left to Right in Chronological order. Clicking on your first card will display your latest profile results.

Steps

  • Log into your account (if not already logged in)
  • Click your name in the top right hand corner
  • Click on "Dashboard"
  • Once in the Dashboard the main card Outlines your Top Strength
  • Under the top strength you can download the latest including extra pages (If allowed via invitor)
  • Alternatively on the right side of the card you can download each item seperately

What is manage uses?


Manage Uses is Strengths Profile's system that allows you to transfer profiles that you currently own in between your personal account and your groups.

Steps

  • Log into your account (If not already logged in)
  • Click your name in the top right hand corner
  • Click on "Dashboard"
  • Click The Four People (Groups) from the left hand menu
  • Search for your group, on the right hand side under Action column click View
  • At the top of the page you will see "Balance"
  • Click the "Manage your Uses" button
  • Use this wizard to transfer between personal balance and group balance

How do I find Profiles I have just purchased?


After purchasing your profiles, navigate to the Dashboard. Inside the dashboard you will be able to see a dropdown in the top right of the screen which will allow you to switch between the Personal and Practitioner dashboard. You can then view your Product Balance at the top of the screen. This here outlines all of the different purchases you have made and how many currently you have remaining.

Steps

  • Log into your account (If not already logged in)
  • Click your name in the top right hand corner
  • Click on "Dashboard"
  • Once in the Dashboard in the top right click the dropdown
  • Select the Practitioner Dashboard
  • At the top of the screen you will see your Product Balance with all of the profiles you have purchased

 

How do I find a toolkit I have just purchased?


After purchasing your profiles, navigate to the Dashboard. Inside the dashboard you will be able to see a dropdown in the top right of the screen which will allow you to switch between the Personal and Practitioner dashboard. You can then view your Product Balance at the top of the screen. This here outlines all of the different purchases you have made and how many currently you have remaining.

The toolkits can only be viewed / downloaded in the Practitioner dashboard. The first section in this dashboard is the Product Balance, of which upon successful purchase you will notice the number associated with the toolkit you have purchased will increase. To redeem the toolkit you can scroll down to the My Resources section and find the toolkit / programme you are seeking which will then state click to unlock.

  • Once in the Dashboard in the top right click the dropdown
  • Select the Practitioner Dashboard
  • At the top of the screen you will see Product Balance with all of the toolkits you have purchased
  • If you scroll down you will see under Resources the toolkits you can unlock

What is the difference between a Practitioner and Profile dashboard?


Practitioner Dashboard - for practitioners wishing to see a quick overview of their balance, invite others, manage existing groups and create group profiles.

Profile Dashboard - for individual users who wish to focus only on their own profile.

You can toggle between the two.
