Are you experiencing issues at our store, or can't find what you are looking for? Here are some solutions to common problems and frequently asked questions.

How do I purchase through an invoice?

  • Contact to be given the form to complete
  • Once approved, your personal account will become a 'company buyer'
  • Visit our store page and place your products in the basket (min £100 per transaction for invoices)
  • Proceed to checkout and complete the billing details
  • Click on pay by invoice

Complete the additional PO and invoice details for this transaction. Leave blank if not applicable.


  • Click on pay by invoice to complete the transaction.
  • Your purchases will now be in your Product Balance in the Practitioner Dashboard

Where can I view my purchases?

·       Log in to your dashboard

·       Click on ‘Practitioner Dashboard’ in the top right of the page



·       Your dashboard of product purchases will appear there under ‘My Product Balance’








How can I receive a discount?

·       A lifetime 10% discount on Profiles is available for all Accredited Practitioners. We are unable to give further discounts.

How to transfer profiles or items

'Manage Your Uses' is where you can transfer Profiles into and out of your groups. To do so, please follow the steps below.

  • Log in to your strengths profile account and go to your Dashboard.
  • If you want to check how many profiles you have in your account, you can go to the purchases section by going to the left hand side of the screen and clicking Purchases. 
  • Once you know how many you have, go to the groups section by going to the left hand side and clicking Groups. 
  • Click View into a group, then click the Manage Your Uses button.
  • Use the <> arrows to transfer products either to the group account or back into your personal account.
  • Click Save to make the transfer

How do I buy a Profile


  •            Visit the store page to see which Strengths Profile you would like to Purchase, either the Introductory, Expert, Team or Manager depending on the need: samples of each profile are also available to download and view

  • Add the products you want to buy to your basket.
  • Click on the basket icon in the top right hand corner. 
  • Proceed to checkout and pay.
  • If you are not using a card to pay for the profiles and need to be invoiced, please email your request to Please note we can only invoice for orders of £100 or more

How do I view a receipt

  • Log in to your Strengths Profile account
  • Click on your name (Top right-hand corner)
  • Hover over  (top left-hand corner)
  • Select Dashboard
  • Scroll down in your dashbaord until you get to 'My Purchase History'

  • Click on 'View Receipt' next to the purchase you would like the recepit for


How do I manage my uses

To allow flexibility, you can 'Manage Your Uses' to transfer Profiles into and out of your groups:-

  • Log in to your dashboard (login, name, dashboard)
  • When using the Practitioner dashboard you will be able to see an overview of your current profiles in the top tab. 
  • When using the Profile dashboard click into the purchases tab to see your profiles. 
  • Click into a group, select Manage Your Uses button.
  • Use the <> arrows to transfer products either to your group or back into your main dashboard
  • Click Save to make the transfer 


How do I move product to my own account

To move unused Profiles back into your personal dashboard:- 

  • Log into your account and go to My Dashboard.
  • Click on groups on the left-hand menu of your Dashboard.

  • Click into the group you want to move the uses from.
  • Use the < icon to move product uses back from your Personal dashboard account


  • Click 'Save Changes' to finalise the transaction.
