How do I create a team Profile


Steps

  • Log into your account 
  • Click your name in the top right hand corner
  • Click on "Dashboard"
  • Click Groups from the left hand menu
  • Search for your group, on the right hand side under Action column click View
  • Add a Team Profile to your Group by selecting 'Manage uses'
  • Transfering one from your Profile Balance into the group using the back and forth arrows
  • Select the box's on the left side of the table to select users you want in the Team Profile 
  • The button will appear in a red colour and once hovered will state 'Create a Team Expert Profile', click the button
  • Run through the Wizard
  • Please note you will use your Team Profile credit so be sure you have everyone ticked who you require in the Team Profile
